If I could give a 10 star review I would. Q was amazing! I came in at 11:30 AM. It is now 6:40 PM. I have had round the clock care, advice and assistance. I always have really bad anxiety when it comes to feeling like I’ve wasted someone’s time or I keep them waiting. I kept apologizing over and over again because I felt bad but the capital auto mall team consistently made sure I didn’t feel as if it wasn't my fault, and made sure I knew that they were there to help no matter what they had to do, and no matter how long it would take. I have never felt so cared for. Thank you everyone, Especially Q for going above and beyond any expectation I could have ever held!
